Purchase Information

Take a stroll through our Properties to become familiar with the area and what it has to offer. Each listing to the left shows General information about the land and a Platt map supplied by the County of Valencia. Every property is free and clear of any leins and taxes/Association dues are all current. You may deduct 10% from the listed prices if the land is purchased with one payment.

Payment Methods: Cashier's Check/Money Order or you can pay using your Credit Card through www.paypal.com. Paypal requires you to have an account set up with them which can take a few extra days. If you purchase the land with one payment, you may deduct 10% from the listed prices.

Deeds: We use a warranty deed to transfer ownership. This deed warrants to our buyer (the Grantee) that we will defend the right and title to the property against claims against the buyer that arise from, under or through us (the Grantor). Upon recieving payment you will be mailed a packet with warranty deed and instructions on sending it to the county for recording. (This takes about 3 weeks)

Owner Financing: We are willing to finace the purchase of some of these lots. We will finance the listed price for 1 year, with (12) monthly payments @ 0% interest, with a 10% down payment. Upon completion of payments a deed will be sent to you. No penalty for early payment at any time.
